What exactly did the chairmen have on Saki. I could not figure it out for the life of me. Or that could be the way it is meant to be. Though could someone please clear this up for me?

Saki was blackmailed by Genshiken Iincho regarding her “steamy encounter” with Kousaka inside the room. So she has no choice but to officially join Genshiken to keep the secret safe. Basically Saki chan was using Genshiken facilities to do “things” with Kohsaka and chairman “knows” exactly what she were doing. I saw the episode and also read “Memento blog” so hope this answers your question.
