Well the idea for this post came from a comment from Runningkid did make a real point saying Zombie-Loan has a lot of things that other demon killing anime, or however you want to classify D. Gray Man, Chrono Crusade, and Venus Versus Virus. So this post will go though (with only episode 1 knowledge) and pick out things that have come from or are like other anime. Even though I’m sure to mess it up because I’m not as cool as the other bloggers.

1) Six shot revolver
Also seen on - Venus Versus Virus
Thoughts - Well the gun in Zombie-Loan looks just like the gun used in Venus Versus Virus. Now if this was a different gun it would not be that big of a deal; however the fact that is is a six shot revolver makes it worth talking about.

2) Sword
Also seen on - Blood Plus
Thoughts - This one may seem a bit out there, but to me the sword looked like/reminded me of the sword used in Blood Plus. I really see the reference/rip off (depending on how much you like it) and it does give a Blood Plus vibe.

3) Eye/Eyes
Also seen on - D. Gray-Man
Thoughts - Seeing black things on necks and seeing Akuma, same thing, ’nuff said.

4) Hand Cuffs/Clock
Also seen on - Chrono Crusade
Thoughts - I think its close enough its an item and its important.

5) Dead/Akuma eye
Also seen on - D. Gray-Man
Thoughts - Alen has his eye which makes him like Akuma the girl will die I guess/think so that kinda fits, or its enough for me.

So there 5 things that I see Zombie-Loan taking from other places, its not the best list in the world; but there are things that are almost the same.  If I missed something, yeah go ahead and tell me.  Disagree…yeah go ahead and yell at me about that to.
