hm…I didn’t like it, I’m going to be blunt. This really didn’t do anything for me expect hurt my ears with the op and ed. Other than that…sub-par.

I suppose my short versions needs some explaining. I went into this series expecting a kind of Chrono Crusade, D. Gray Man, Venus Versus Virus. It is nothing like those at all. Now no that is not why I don’t like this. The first thing that annoyed me was the op and ed as I said, but the next thing were the characters. I just really think they are over generalized in just about every way.

Then really the rest of it is personal preference, I don’t really care for the story so far. I wanted to see zombies be killed, which is why I love High School of the Dead. I really don’t know how the plot really goes. Its different I will give it that, I just don’t care for it.
So overall, I was not pleased and I don’t think I will go any further than this episode, I need to keep my watch list small and this is the first thing to let go.

Indeed, I didn’t like this episode either. It sort of felt like a rip off from alot of other anime, some ideas from here and some from there….

Believe it or not, this was better than the original manga. I can’t blame you for dropping it though.
