This is a hard one to judge. While the serious parts were good, there was a whole lot of funny/crazy/light hearted stuff that I didn’t really care for. One of the reasons I liked this series so much in the first place is that is was a serious/dark series which only very small bits of other (ex: Hei with his eating).

So with this episode, again because it is a part 1 episode there are new characters that are introduced. These people are a detective, his young female partner, and a client who is a widow. The first two act really as comic relief for the most part. Heck the partner watches anime during work and cosplays.
There are about two real interesting things about this episode. One is the cat that could be the talking one on Hei’s side and the contractor guy that can posses bodies. A lot of the other stuff is just to give some sort of humor, which I am not really all for. I mean I could be judging this to hardly, but the series was really good being serious for the most part. This takes that and kinda just throws it out the window.

So, in the end if you ask me, this is about the worst episode in the series so far. Overall though it was still OK, but that is only because the rest of the series is so good as well. So, I just hope things turn back around either in the next episode or the next arc.
This…not for this series, another series (that would have lots of fanservice) yeah
